The Keeper

Keeper Cover

The Keeper: Vega Jane has been through a lot in Wormwood, but she’s about to experience a whole new danger out in the Quag. Here, it’s you live or you die and nothing can ever change that. But Vega, along with Delph and her dog Henry Two, are about to embark on their mission to find the truth. They soon learn and unlock new secrets of their ancestors and about the creation of Wormwood, but creatures lurk at every corner and Vega has to be prepared to fight. She is willing to do the impossible, but will she make it through the Quag alive to tell the tale?

Review: I loved it! David Baldacci created this whole new, dark world with his imagination and brought all these monsters to life. Vega Jane is entirely good hearted, she is also totally fierce. And Delph, he, people, is the complete definition of chivalrous! Well, to Vega. ๐Ÿ™‚ He’s willing to sacrifice everything for her, and I’m sitting here just reading this book with this goofy smile on my face. How can you not love such a sweet guy? Plus he’s ruthless when he can be. *Says angrily* But then (Spoiler!) Petra comes along, and is all like “Oh, I like him too,” and I’m here shaking my head and being angry at her, “You do not mess with the Vega Delph ship!”ย  The writing may be a bit elementary, but the plot surely made up for it. ๐Ÿ™‚
